These terms and conditions govern the purchases of false eyelashes and accessories offered by Badizera Lashes to consumers. The applicable terms and conditions are those presented at the time of your order. They do not limit the mandatory protections you benefit from.
Products and orders
The characteristics, selected style, and kit contents are listed on the product page. Visuals present the product and its effect; the result may vary depending on the eyes and application. Before payment, check the style, quantity, address, and total amount. You can correct the shopping cart before confirming the order with payment obligation. A confirmation is sent by e-mail after validation.
Price and payment
Prices are indicated in euros, including applicable taxes. The total amount and any delivery fees are presented before payment. Available payment methods are those offered at checkout. We do not store complete credit card data. Bundle offers and free items apply according to the conditions displayed in the cart; no subscription is created by the purchase of a kit.
Delivery
The announced delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 weeks. The proposed destinations and applicable fees are presented before payment. Delivery is free on purchases of 2 pairs or more. Consult the delivery policy. A shipment made by our partner does not discharge Badizera Lashes from its obligations as a seller.
Right of withdrawal and returns
In principle, you have 14 days from receipt to notify a withdrawal. For products that are sealed and then unsealed, the hygiene exception only applies if the legal conditions are met. The procedures, return costs, refund, and form are included in the returns and refunds policy.
Legal guarantees
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. For a new item, a lack of conformity that appears within two years of delivery is presumed to have existed at that date. Compliance is free of charge and must occur within 30 days, without major inconvenience. In cases provided for by law, you may obtain a price reduction or rescission of the contract. Repairing extends the warranty by six months; the rules specific to replacement apply when you have chosen a repair that was not implemented. The guarantee against hidden defects is exercised within two years of discovering the defect and may allow for the return of the product for a refund or its retention with a price reduction.

Follow the application guide and product-specific precautions. Do not share your false eyelashes. Remove them in case of discomfort. No usage advice or clause in these terms and conditions limits the rights attached to a defective or non-conforming product.

Applicable law
French law applies, subject to the mandatory protections of the consumer's country of residence. In the absence of an amicable solution, the dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts according to legal rules; no exclusive jurisdiction is imposed on the consumer.
