Destinations

Orders are delivered to the countries offered during the checkout process. If your country does not appear, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery times

The estimated delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 weeks from the order date. The time applicable to your destination must be presented before payment and confirmed in the order information. In case of delay, contact badizerabeauty@icloud.com.

Delivery fees

Delivery is free for purchases of 2 pairs or more. For a single pair, delivery fees are indicated before payment.

Shipping and tracking

Orders may be shipped directly by our logistics partner. Badizera Lashes remains your point of contact for the order and delivery. A tracking link or number will be provided to you when available. An order may be delivered in multiple packages at no additional unannounced cost.

Customs

Depending on the destination and origin of the shipment, import formalities or fees may apply. Terms for the coverage of import taxes and duties:

Delay or non-delivery

If the agreed delivery time is not met, you may request delivery within a reasonable additional period and subsequently cancel the contract under legal conditions. Immediate cancellation is possible in cases provided for by law. Refunds of paid amounts will then be made within 14 days of cancellation. The risk of loss or damage remains with the seller until you take physical possession of the goods, barring legal exceptions.
